Right of withdrawal

Flowers have a limited shelf life and therefore the right of withdrawal on our flowers is excluded.

The right of withdrawal does apply to all our other products. When purchasing these products, you have the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. This cooling-off period commences on the day after receipt of the product.

Return policy and payment

These are the conditions under which you may return products:

• Within 14 days of receiving the product, let our customer service team know which products you wish to return.
• You then have 14 days to return the product to us.
• Handle the product and packaging carefully during the cooling-off period.
• Return the product to us with all delivered accessories in its original condition and packaging
• Once we have received the products in good order, we will proceed with the refund.
• You will then receive as soon as possible, the amount paid by you (product amount) refunded to your account.
• The cost of returning/delivering the product is at your own expense.
• If it turns out upon receipt that products have been damaged and you did not let us know in advance, charges may apply.
